Return & Refund Policy
We aim to keep returns fair, transparent, and manageable for both customers and our store.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, as long as the return conditions listed below are met.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• unused
• unopened and factory sealed (where applicable)
• in original packaging
• in resaleable condition
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened perfumes, cosmetics, and grooming products cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Costs
• If the customer changes their mind, selected the wrong product, or the scent does not meet expectations, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• If an item arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or an incorrect item was sent, we cover return and replacement costs.
Parcel Inspection Upon Delivery
The customer must inspect the parcel upon delivery. Visible external damage to the shipping box should be documented and reported immediately. Claims for transport damage may not be accepted if packaging damage was not reported at the time of delivery.
Reporting Transport Damage
Any damage, leakage, or shipping issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including:
• photos of the product
• the bottle or container
• inner packaging
• outer shipping box
Claims made after this timeframe or without photo evidence may not qualify for compensation.
Return Authorization
Returns must be approved by us before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Responsibility During Return Transit
The customer is responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged. We cannot be held liable for damage occurring during return shipping if the item was not packed appropriately.
Inspection of Returned Goods
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, tampering, missing components, or damage not caused during the original delivery may be refused refund.
Insurance & Carrier Claims
Transport-related damage claims are assessed based on packaging condition and carrier investigation results. Not all claims automatically qualify as transport damage.
Non-Compliant Returns
If a returned item does not meet return conditions, the customer will be notified. The item remains the customer’s property and can be shipped back at the customer’s expense. If no response is received within 30 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the item.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after inspection confirms the return meets all conditions. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
