We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However:
• fragrance perception is subjective and may vary from person to person
• cosmetic and grooming results may vary depending on individual skin, hair, or usage
• packaging design, labels, or manufacturer details may change without notice
• colors and appearance may differ slightly due to screen settings
• natural ingredients may vary in shade or scent between production batches

These do not constitute product defects.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization. If payment is declined or reversed, the order may be canceled.

5. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs procedures. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Fraud Prevention

We may:
• request additional identity or address verification
• cancel suspicious orders
• block accounts engaged in misuse, fraudulent behavior, or unjustified disputes

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to provide transaction evidence to the payment provider and restrict future orders.

9. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for:

• individual skin, hair, or cosmetic reactions
• allergic reactions or sensitivities
• variations in product appearance, packaging, or natural ingredients
• misuse or improper storage of products

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, courier disruptions, customs delays, etc.).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

12. Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update date.
