Alphaora imagines moss transformed by the Northern Lights, as though a familiar forest floor were glowing from within. The image becomes a warm floral amber rather than a literal portrait of frozen woodland, with citrus and flowers illuminating an imaginary tree-moss accord.
Blood orange supplies brightness, albizia blossom an airy floral impression and hinoki sap a sweeter woody nuance. Assam Moss is a composed accord, not a claim of harvested moss: its character includes dried fruit and blond tobacco. Amber warmth holds these elements together while the floral accord gives them an expansive, luminous quality.
Moss here does not mean only damp earth or the dry restraint of a classical chypre. Alphaora makes it sweeter, warmer and more radiant, preserving a sense of air around the woods.
