Painter Jacques Monory found an unsettling beauty in the blue tones of urban melancholy. His work inspires Anti-Blues, a dark gourmand in which the sensual warmth of chocolate meets the cooler, mineral character of incense and vetiver. The name hints at a mood more complex than carefree sweetness.

Incense and vetiver are joined by the bitterness of a cocoa-wood accord, saffron and amyris. Dark chocolate and hay acquire a warmer, animalic character through vanilla, leather and tobacco.
