The heat-treated ash-wood handle sections retain their living grain and warm brown colour; oil protects the surface against water without hiding the natural character beneath lacquer. The 21mm badger-hair knot gives enough backbone to load hard soap and massage the beard, while the closed-comb razor offers a controlled, comparatively mild way to learn blade angle and pressure.

What does it do? The Pure Badger brush builds protective lather and lifts the stubble. The closed-comb razor holds a standard double-edge blade at a stable angle for a close yet gentle shave. The stand supports correct drying and the integrated bowl gives a dedicated place to build lather.
