MÜHLE TRAVEL 31 M 20 is a purpose-built travel shaving brush that protects its own knot without needing a separate rigid tube. After shaving, the detachable brush head screws into the polished chrome-plated metal handle, creating a compact, secure form for a wash bag or hand luggage. The medium 21mm knot uses MÜHLE Silvertip Fibre®: a vegan synthetic fibre with very soft tips, firmer support through the middle and the ability to build dense, creamy lather from a small amount of shaving soap or cream. It dries faster and withstands regular contact with shaving products better than natural hair, which is particularly useful when travelling. At 130mm in working height, 31mm in handle diameter and 104gr in weight, the brush feels substantial in use while remaining self-contained for transport.

Who is it for?

For traditional wet shavers who travel regularly and want a full-size-feeling, vegan brush that packs into its own handle. It is suitable for use with both hard shaving soap and shaving cream, including for sensitive skin when soft fibre tips are preferred.

What does it do?

The 21mm Silvertip Fibre® knot loads shaving product, incorporates air and water, and spreads a protective layer of lather across the beard. Its soft tips feel gentle on the skin, while the more resilient middle section provides enough backbone to work soap effectively. The screw-together construction shields the knot in transit.

How to use?

Unscrew the stored head, turn it around and screw it onto the handle. Soak the fibres briefly in warm water, shake out excess water and load the brush with shaving soap or cream. Build the lather in a bowl or directly on the face. After shaving, rinse thoroughly, shake out the water and let the brush dry completely before screwing the head back into the handle for travel.
